Everytime I wake up, even after a whole night sleep, I still feel tried. It might be circulation problem because I have a deviated septum. I've gotten so sick of this pattern that i've decided to start taking caffine or something. I was thinking of Arizona green tea but it's buddied with high fructose corn syrup which would probably make me have a sugar crash so it's better to brew my own tea. What would you recommend to solve this situation?

Are you sure you don't have apnea?
That would explain 'sleeping all night' but still waking up tired.
Coffee or Caffeine pills are also an option for a quick pep.

Man, avoid caffiene! Addicitons suck. If you rely on caffiene to wake you up, eventually you will need it every morning, and if you don't get it, you'll get nasty headaches! I wish I wasn't addicted :/

Remember that caffeine is only a stimulant if you don't use it regularly. Your body adapts quickly to caffeine by raising the thresholds on the adenosine receptors that caffeine acts on. You have to lay off caffeine for about a week before you are sensitive to it again.
By the way I find endurance squat (or deadlift if you prefer) sets help all sorts of sleep issues. They correct breathing and posture, increase VO2max and lactate threshold, and have some other beneficial effects (controlling body fat is part of it).
