Hi,
i was wondering if anyone could give some advice. Im currently working shifts (i.e different times of days and nights). right now im working 10pm till 7am for a week, then i work 2pm till 12am, then after that i work 7am till 5pm.

As you might expect, i don't/can't develop a routine for my training and eating. Does anyone else have this kind of problem and if so how have you handled it?

If you haven't then any suggestions to help me keep healthy and fit would be appreciated.

thanks

I sort of have this problem because I'm working 2 jobs at the moment. The best advice I can give you is to plan ahead. Look at your upcoming schedule, pinpoint the days where you'll have a good 12 hours between shifts and take advatage of the time. There will be times when the only thing you have time for is working out, showering, eating, and going back to work. This is when you have to realize how bad you want it.

As far as food goes, I never seem to have a problem ducking out for 5 minutes to inhale a sandwich. If the smokers can get away with stepping outside every 35 minutes, so can I.
