Hi all!

Wondered if anyone could help me with this. I'd like to have a "clock" that counts the calories I'm using, the kilometers (needs to be able to do km since I'm used to the metric system) I'm walking/biking (may be not possible??), as well as the progress from last time. Is there any equipment like that out there? I mean, you can find ANYTHING, so why not this? I like to do my cardio outdoors, getting the positive effect of fresh air and so on while I work out.

Not being able to start on the weightlifting program yet because of my neck, I need something that really motivates me, and I think this "thing" would. I need to loose weight, fat and build up muscle mass, so i have a far way to go.

If there is any of the sort, where can I get it (USA and Canada, I have relatives that can get it for me, and am going to the States later on myself) and what is the approx price?

And as I have mentioned before, I think it's great that you guys peak in to the female fitness site. You give a lot of good advice, support and help. Thanks!

Thanks. I feel kind of silly now. I am not very familiar with computers yet, but see that I could have found it myself if I had thought of googles.. Sorry for your inconvenience and thanks again for helping me out.. :o

Actually I'm very familiar with computers/the internet and have searched extensively for such a device at amazon.com - it seems most all of them are deemed unreliable, flimsy, shoddy, etc. I'd be interested in knowing if anyone here has a favorite they can recommend, that won't break the bank.
