Hi
is it true that you shouldnT bulk if you have body fat over 15%?
I have 19-19.5% bf. my weight is around 150 so that means i have approx 30lb of fat and only around 120 lbm.
now if i cut to below 15% i would be left with aprox 142(120lbm/22fat)
Which i believe would leave me weak and scrawny.height 5 ft 8
i was planning on eating 400 cal above maintence(clean as possible) weight training 3 x weekly . and doing this for 5 months . to put on lbm and
try to keep the bf under 20 %.then worry about reducing fat once i have more lbm..
is this the best plan of action? and is it o.k to include cardio as long i eat
more calories to compensate for any i burn off?
