I'm seriously considering the powertec rack. However, I live in Western Canada and in the city where I live nobody carries it. The closest is 300 miles away. I was hoping to find the following information. Replies from any and all powertec owners is much appreciated.

1) In the video on the PT website, a guy is doing some pullups with an overhand grip. Are those handles suitable for regular underhand grip chinups?
2) What is the depth of the rack of the rack including the frame? I need to know how far it will protrude from the wall?
3) Distance between the vertical columns?
4) Recommendations on a bench that would fit well with this rack. I don't want a huge bench and decline isn't really that important to me. Two that I have seen on the internet that caught my eye are the Bodysolid GF 121 and the Bodycraft F320. Unfortunately, no dealers here those benches either.

Thank-you for any help you can provide!
