Cissus Quadrangularis

Curious if this is witch doctor powder, or if it actually helps. I have read a good number of possitive reports, but you know how that goes,..Could be, I just haven't run across any good info, to blow all the hipe out of the water,...

I have a pulled or partial tear in my right Distal Bicep tendon. It's been giving me trouble for several months now. Going to head to the Ortho if I can't heal this thing up myself. based on what I have read so far, I'm thinking it's not too bad,..;)

Never heard of it before today. It might be good. Have you thought about using glucosamine sulphate?

I use it for joint issues, helps keep them fluid. I buy the bulk powder and cap my own pills.
