If you buy it, do you still need a weight tree to store unused weights or does it have enough plate holders?

Has anything changed with the design in the last 2 years?
I found it locally for the full list price of $899 and online for $699 with free shipping.
The local retailer said the $699 model may have been an overtocked 2005 or 2006 model WBLS and would not adjust their price. Were any improvements made with the newest models that make any difference?

I think you can get it cheaper online and shipped. You do need an extra weight rack. Big plates on the PT's holders get in the way when sliding plates on and off.

I've had my LS since October of 03. If any "improvements" were made between then and now, they're cosmetic...because I can't find anything limiting about my now 4 year old machine.
