Just wondering what types of exercise I should be doing to concentrate on my chest and arms, they are smaller than the rest of my body. thanks for the help.

Reno_1ted April 22nd, 2004, 11:22 AM Chest = Bench press. Flat and incline. Arms = Tricep dips and bicep curls. Concentrate on perfect form. Start with these, read around, and learn new excersizes as you go along. Theres loads of threads about chest and arm excersizes. At the top right of the page, theres a button marked "search". Click it, then click on advanced search, then type in chest excersize and change the box below to "Seach titles only". This will bring up loads of info on this. Hope this helps in your quest for big arms and chest ! :gl: JeremyLikness April 22nd, 2004, 11:54 AM Sometimes when your focus is chest, it is important to build the back (as it works in conjunction with the chest) and also to work on chest flexibility (muscle in bound in tissue called fascia, and fascia can bind the muscle and limit growth). As recommended in the Max-OT course, to concentrate more on your chest, try doing them in an arching motion, like a 1/4 circle. Jason |
