Here's an awesome little recipie for delicious, highly nutritious pasta that you can make a ton of on Sunday and then keep in the fridge and eat off of all week:

Ingrediats:

1 Bag of precooked, sliced chicken breast - Prudue makes it and it's in the meat section of the grocery store.

3 small bags of frozen precooked and shelled shrimp - normally found in the sea food section, they're the little small ones and they sell for practically nothing, yesterday I got a bag for 99 cents.

1 jar of regular maranara sauce - for best results choose one of the fancy jars and choose one with basil.

1 can of diced tomato's with diced chilies or jalapenos - Delmonte makes some really good stuff.

1 container of whole wheat pasta.

Instructions:

Super simple.

1. Add shrimp, chicken, maranara and tomatos to a medium sized pot and heat on low.
2. Boil the pasta
3. Add both to a big pot luck style tupperwear container and mix

Viola - a delicious, highly good for you meal that you can just throw into some tupperwear containers and take with you anywhere. I don't know the exacts, but this has a ton of protien, lots of good carbs and good fats from the shrimp. My next step with this is to add some veggies to it, which I'll just throw some frozen zucini or italian veggie medlie.

That sounds amazing. I really enjoy super quick meals, so I'll be using it regularly.
