I was wondering, when you take progress pictures, do you usually take them flexed, or relaxed? I was just wondering after seeing all the progress pictures on this forums.

There are no set rules on taking progress pictures. I like to flex when I take mine, but that's personal preference. To me it feels good to look back at old pictures and see how much I have grown. But Chris, if you don't have any preferences yourself, then why don't you just take pictures both flexed and un-flexed. Just make sure you have the same poses in your newer pictures as you had in your older pictures.
