Hi ppl!!,

I'm new to this site and after seeing (especially) John's and other peoples transformation I very impressed with their dedication and determination and they have been a big motivated for me to also achieve my goals!!

First this is to give an idea of how I look:

A while ago I had been doing lots of cardio.. as in twice 20 minutes (3-4 times a week) and a big of weightlifting.. I also cut down eating and had just about more than 2 normal meals a day (without eating fatty or sugary stuff)..after this I didn't have any GREAT progress but I did see differences.. now after reading through this site I'm thinking that I was doing it all wrong?? first of all should I instead only do once cardio 20 minutes (3-times a week) and weightlifting.. as well as having 5-6 small proper meals like John and others had with proper nutrients? Which one is more effective to get the body I want? Should I do less cardio and keep my eating habits.. or same cardio but eat like 5-6 meals..? or change both?? remember that I'm asking all this in respect to the body i'm aiming for..

Also how useful is the rowing machine in terms of building muscle and can someone give me a rough idea of my bodyfat?

Sorry for all the questions :D
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :)

Rob

ps. also approx. how long would such a transformation take.. i know its different for different people.. but lets say I did everything right.. and then a very rough approx. (number of months)

Eat 5-6 meals and keep your Cardio the same as you had it before.

Try just attaching the pictures to your post instead of the links. Seems lots of people have had trouble posting links to yahoo photo albums.
