I was running this morning and when I stopped my ears were killing me. It felt like someone was driving nails through them. The only other time I've had this happen is if it's windy outside. I can just be standing there and my ears will hurt. Anyway, I did a search on the internet and couldn't come up with anything helpful. Does anyone here have this happen and if so, any suggestions?

Could be a few things, ear infection that you dont know about, sinus pressure ( that area is all connected ), allergies, if you showered first and had water stuck in there that could do it, high blood pressure possibly ( heck i have that and im 24 ... and in decent shape ). I'd talk to your doctor, he can use one of those ear scopy things ...

Thanks for the response virtualadrian. I know that it's not high blood pressure, I've always been low normal even during pregnancy. I was reading something about air exchange in the inner ear and if it gets messed up a vacuum can form creating a lot of pain. I don't know. Tomorrow morning I'm just going to try sticking some cotton in and see if that helps. I let ya'll know if that works.
