Got a question, Sometimes when I do HIIT (10min long) right after my weight training I notice my stomach has painful feeling like it needs food or something. Now I eat 1 hour and 30min befor emy workout. Workout last from 30min-1hour. Any idea what what i should? just fight through the pain?

I for one, have never been able to do HIIT AFTER anything. It has a day of its own.
That being said, eating 1 hour prior sounds like a good idea. What are you eating?

It really depends I try to have carbs and protein. A meal pre workout is usually 2slices of turkey, Oatmeal and 1/2 cup of Edamane. Sometimes Beef Jerky.

I had a problem similar to this when I did runs over 5 miles. It seems to have something to do with sodium being leeched from your body and water absorption. The sodium is needed so your body can absorb the food and water, otherwise it just painfully sits there. For me it still hurt for a while after I finished running as well.
Te fix was instead of eating a meal prior I switched to Power Gel Goo food. It has extra sodium to improve absorption. Fixed the problem first time out and havent had it since. Now I eat 1 before and 1 at about the 5-7 mile mark.
