I've lost 7.7 pounds since I started a little over three weeks ago! I feel great! I've only got about 43 more pounds to go. Thanks for the inspiration,John!

I've been on my serious, John-inspired weight loss plan for 4 weeks now. I've lost 9.9 pounds (4.5 kilograms) and about 3 or 4% of my body fat. I have gone from 105.5 kg to 101 kg, and from about 33.5% to around 29.9% I've got a weighs :p to go (hardy har har). Thanks, John! Check out my journal below!

2 months in and almost 19 pounds gone! I feel great, and I can do stuff I've never really done before, like run for more than 30 minutes and cook egg white omelettes (flipping over the thing is tricky!) :eat:

I still got a ways to go, but I feel it in me that I can do it. Now if only I could hit 'fast forward' and see what I'm at in June :spaz:

I haven't updated much here, but my weight loss is continuing. Of course, after the first couple kilos, I have slowed down a bit, but I am still losing weight! I'm down to 204.2, down a total of almost 28 pounds :D

Last friday, I went on a 3-hour cycle - up a mountain! It was great (especially the going down part!) :spaz:

I am still checking in, I'm just not around computers enough to post all the time. I've still got 20-25 lbs to go before I'm done, but It feels good to pass at least the halfway mark. And I'm getting muscles!

I can do a pull-up halfway. I'm looking forward to doing pullups and puships like a maniac. I'm in Japan right now, and when I go home in August, it will be the first time my parents will see me since I started to lose weight. I want to drop down on the floor right there in the airport and give them 5 one-arm pushups. That's my mental motivation to continue. I can barely do 5 two-arm pushups now, so I have a way to go...
