I had to move some things around this morning. Ended up holding a box about head high away from my body. Sort of like Frankstein's monster -) Not very heavy I think less then 5lbs. But my shoulder didn't like it one bit. My right one is still a little sore. It's not a sharp pain but a dull ache.
Afterwards I went and did my deadlifts and rows. Didn't feel a thing.
Should I just avoid holding my arms out? :lol:
