Hi
just a quick question regarding unequal strenth distribution.
my right arm is stronger than my left which means i usually cant complete the last rep or two with it...how do u work around this?
do i lower the weight?....or rest and then complete the reps?
will this eventually catch up? as the size of bicep is smaller also:(
thanks

I have the same problem with my hams... so at the moment I train my hams mostly with machines which let me train my legs separately so that I can focus on the weaker leg. I use the same weights for both legs even though with my right leg I would be able to go heavier so that my left leg is able to catch up.
in your case if you use an EZ bar or do preacher curls with one grip the risk is that your stronger bicep does all the work so I'd advise you to train your bicep separately for some time and to focus on the weaker one until it catches up.

It takes a long time to catch up. Start your sets with the weak arm and don't do more reps with the strong arm even if you can.

stop masturbating with your right hand and start with your left, j/k. everyone else's advice was sound, just wanted to get that in there before someone else did, cause you knew that was coming.
