What causes bloat? I just moved and haven't found an affordable gym yet...and I've got a little "bloat" going on but no increase in weight. What's the deal!?well its how long is a piece of string really, could be a million things but i have it too all the time.

how much do you weight, what do you eat, do you get up early, how much sleep do you get.

Stranegly enough, i only ever seem to get it in work, never when im at home, even though i eat the same at work as i do at home.
