I'm not using a fat blocker but it just occurred to me as how a fat blocker could be selective.
Do they block "some" fats or "all" fats?
If they block all fats this would seem to be detrimental
Also was wondering about Green Tea Extract, which is purported to inhibit fat assimilation.
Does it inhibit ALL types of fat assimilation?
I use Green Tea on a regular basis because of it's metabolic "rev" capability.....have had no problem so far that I can determine.
I've also used Xtreme Lean.
It contains Green tea plus several other natural metabolic "revvers'.
It is not the same, though, as some of these other fat blockers out there, that, after Googling reviews, could be doing a person more harm than good.
