Here is the list of the nutrional/bodybuiding/atheletic supplements I have access to:

High quality daily multivitamin
Whey Protein powder
Creatine Monohydrate
Glutamine
---------------------------
Tribulus (capsules)
ZMA (capsules)
NO2 (capsules)

I know what the consensus is about the first 4 (although some people dislike Glutamine) but I was most curious about the last 3, especially anyone who has taken Trib or ZMA or stacked both at the same time.

Would there be any conflict with being on all of these supplements at the same time?

How old are you? If you are younger than about 35, then Trib probably won't do much for you. ZMA is a good supplement to cover your bases ..... alot of people who exercise hard tend to need higher zinc and magnesium intake. I tried Nitrix awhile back (NO2)....and it didn't really do much for me. Gave me a slightly pumped feeling all the time, but that is about it. Not worth the money IMO.

If you are a young guy, I'd stick with the ZMA and skip the NO2 and Trib....but thats just me. You could always try them to see how they work for you.

I highly reccomend ZMA. I am never sore when I take ZMA and my sleep/recovery is amazing. I see better gains as well.

ZMA - good, but if expensive for you, you might consider just adding extra zinc and magnesium to your multi (IMO at a separate time). I take my multi in the morning and zinc/magnesium before bed. You could add some of the B-vitamin if you like and see if it helps you sleep better than just the zinc/mag combo. You might want to add some extra copper if you take in 30mg+ of zinc/day or more since excess zinc can lead to copper deficiency. take the copper and extra zinc separately.

Trib - might be useful for libido. Many studies have shown no effect on T-levels. For test boosters look for something a bit 'stronger', but I wouldn't bother if you are under 30-35.

NO - good if you like the feeling of getting a pump. Really doesn't do anything else. Some say the extra blood flow helps with recovery and/or growth but I've found no scientific evidence or studies to back this up. All studies I have seen show no effect on muscle growth.

I should have also added that Trib and NO are pretty much a waste of money.
