well thanks to the site you all recommended fitday.com, this has give me a real kickstart to my training big time. I start my new 3 day a week routine tommorow from my previous 2 day split routine, fitday has helped me the most.
From eating only no more than 1500 cals a day probably less around 3 weeks ago, i have successfully munched 3000-4000 cals a day every day for the past 2 weeks & i have gained approximately 3 pounds and still counting & this is only from training on a 2 day split.
I know this aint enough volume for bulking up, but i didnt see the point in upping my training if i couldnt even get my diet in order, what would be the point as id never achieve anything without my cals no matter how hard i train.
The best thing about this is, most of my calorie intake is from good foods apart from the odd cheat meal on saturdays.
it is much easier to intake more cals when you can track them, if there is anything i am missing please let me know.
