Pay attention to your sodium intake for the water weight.

For the toxins, the reality is that your liver and kidneys are way better at detoxing your body than anything else known to man. They are amazing organs; and your kidneys use a ton of energy to do their work. Some people don't let it go at that and want some sort of supplement or laxative, but the truth is your kidneys are super high tech.
