So in modifying my approach to shed my last ~8%bf I'm picking up eggs into my diet, mostly:
2-300ml semi skimmed milk
3x eggs
2tbsp cocoa
1 spoonfull low fat yoghurt
One of them with 75g oats at breakfast, and another possibly later in the day.
But, will this give me the thermic effect of "real food" ? At the moment I'm just using whey instead of eggs.... Also what do eggs look like from a macronutritional stance ?
