woeisemma January 28th, 2004, 12:53 AM http://www.geocities.com/woeisemma/lost.html
I've recently lost 10-15 pounds and about 6% body fat. I have a long way to go until I am toned, but at least I have lost my big belly! :D
Teg4e January 28th, 2004, 01:45 AM Nice progress so far, keep it up! As for doin ab work now or later, you should start now and continue through when you get your BF% lower. You can build up the muscles now so when you lower your BF% to a low number, the muscle will be there to show up immediatly. I wouldn't be too worried about getting a 6-pack though, that requires a BF% of 8-9% or less, and that is just not healthy for women. As a guy, I'd rather see a girl with a flat stomach, without the muscles showing through. Don't let that discourage you though, a strong core is very important for supporting all the other muscles in your body, especially the back.
P.S. I like the photoshop bikini ;)
neckowi January 28th, 2004, 02:06 AM yeah, the photoshopped bikini was a nice touch. :tucool:
good job so far, EB! i've been at this for a few months, but i have a much bigger hill to climb (started out in the 260s, and i'm not quite 6'1").
woeisemma January 28th, 2004, 02:54 AM Where on www.geocities.com/woeisemma/lost.html is there a bikini??????????

woeisemma January 28th, 2004, 02:56 AM a pic of me in a bikini on it! I have no pix of me in a bikini anywhere actually. Do you mean the sports bra? Or the pic of me in a turtle neck? Those are not photoshopped. I'm confused!!
yeah, the photoshopped bikini was a nice touch. :tucool:

woeisemma January 28th, 2004, 03:05 AM The DRAWN ON BIKINI..not photoshopped. Forgot about that.

neckowi January 28th, 2004, 10:55 AM Yeah, the one that was drawn on... sorry for the confusion! I should have just gone with "wow you're doing really well" because your transformation has been impressive. How long between those pics?
Lisa Stone January 28th, 2004, 11:17 AM :claplow: most impressive! You are doing great! :)
Jingo January 28th, 2004, 03:33 PM great results! over a pretty short time.
and you can be sure people will be searching your webspace for a unedited version of that naked one! :D You'd be suprised how many people upload photo's then link to them without making sure people can't search their file index. Yours looks pretty safe tho :)
woeisemma January 28th, 2004, 04:05 PM Someone can see all of the pictures I have stored on the website that are not on my page? How do I see that?

Jingo January 28th, 2004, 04:25 PM nope i said yours looks pretty safe, there's no index page available, tho i'm not kiddie hacker expert hehe.
Usually you can knock the last part off the URL and get to an index page of everything someone has uploaded, including things they might not want public, but yours doesn't, so as far as i can see, short of trial and error at guessing file names, people can only see what you've told them the link to.
Teg4e January 28th, 2004, 09:22 PM Yeah, the painted on bikini; thought it was funny.

Great Work, EB !! :tu: I am about the same height as you, and I am 132lbs. Been excercising for a few years, but sad to say that there is not much difference. I dont follow straight diet, but on a moderation basis of the food I eat.
Got introduced to John Stone site, and let that there are a lot of pple at the rest of the world that are also working hard as well. I guess having a specific goal and controlling our diet is very very important. I will start planning my goals and better get serious before its too late. :(

Those 2 pounds will go away in no time! Once you've melted away those 2 pounds what will your next goal be?
My bro has a little eczema, it sucks and I hope the tanning helps you. Just don't turn into lobster girl :D
