Does it look like a good protein supplement ?

Composition : Calcium caseinate 81%, whey proteins 13%, fat-reduced cocoa, flavours, sweetener: aspartame, vitamins (C, B6, B2, B1), anti-caking agent: E551, soya lecithin. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Contains: milk. Possible traces of: white lupine, gluten, egg, celery, sulfur dioxide and sulfites. For 100g, energy: 366kcal (1550kJ), 85g of proteins, 3.1g of carbohydrates, 1.5g of lipids, 80mg of sodium, 350mg of potassium, 1180mg of calcium, 680mg of phosphorus, 0.5mg of vitamin B1, 0.6mg of vitamin B2, 0.7mg of vitamin B6, 2ug of vitamin B12, 22mg of vitamin C. I'm not a big fan of the sweetener aspartame which is seriously bad for you. Not the top choice for a post workout shake due to the lack of whey but that's debateable depending what other supps you use. Other then the aspartame and the traces of sulfer dioxide and sulfites not too bad looks more of a casein supplement rather than a whey supplement though. I'd use this in conjuction with a good whey protein.
