1. Four Egg Whites
2. 2 or 3 slices of Fat Free American Cheese, mixed in with the egg whites... its almost like the yolk was in there :), add salt, or whatever other spices
3. 6oz of chiken grilled( rub with a teaspoon of olive oil, add lemon pepper, grill for about 5 minutes, add dijon mustard, cook for another 3 or 4 minutes or until done.
Adds up to about 350 calories, close to 5g of fat, 7g of carbs, 61g of protein. I didn't add these up exactly but its a rough estimate from fitday.com ...
Carbs come from the cheese and fat is from the chicken.
If you want to be naughty add catsup... then again I put catsup on almost anything :) :eat:
