I had some sort of virus this week so I didn't work out since Monday. But today was Fathers' Day and my wife's family tradition is that dad gets to do what he wants on Fathers' Day. All righty then this is what I wanted to do:

Power clean:

Push press (from rack):

Barbell step ups:
2x30x155#
2x20x155#

Barbell overhead step ups:
1x135# (doable, but felt a little scary)
10x95#
(10, 8) x 115#

One arm dumbell snatch: (4L, 4R)x55#

Careful with those overhead step ups if you try them; a little weight goes a long way.
