Hello! I'm not really asking what Daniel Craig did to look the way he did in Casino Royale. But I would just like to get an idea on how much weight training and the excercises it would take to look something like that. I would have to say that I would like to look something like that in the near future. Well, with slightly bigger arms. I guess he is my inspiration. And yes, I know a good balanced diet is needed. But lets just talk about the weight training.

So yeah, I would like to know what that would look like that. It doesn't have to be extact either.

P.S.: At the moment I'm trying to lose weight/fat. I am using calorie-count system for that. I hope it works and I hope I lose fat in the process and not just weight.

First step, read the stickies at the top of the introductory forum. The guides by Gravityhomer and Marcus are invaluable.

Weight loss starts in the kitchen, and goes through the weight room. If you're not lifting while you're trying to lose weight, then you run the risk of losing muscle mass. The end result is what people call 'skinny-fat.' You're smaller, but you still look undefined.

I don't know Daniel Craig's actual workout plan, but I can tell you that there's lots of lifting involved.

Find a good whole body plan to start. Work everything, especially the legs. The large muscles of the legs burn high amounts of calories and can help in the fat burning process.

Lots of good info here. There's a great supportive community here. Read and lift. Then lift some more!

Also to add to what croz said, if you don't have enough msucle, you might not get to a ripped look. Though someone will be able to explain all this better then me. But what I really want to say is nice choice of a user name.
