So let me start by saying that i have a farely tiring job, and i start pretty early so by the time i get to the gym i am really tired most of the time. A while ago i did a few months of stacker 3 and that seemed to give me the boost i needed although i didnt like the down period at all.......now i am getting back in the gym and i know ephedra is no longer legal, and coffee just wont do it for me anymore......what can i do for a boost?

I tried some ephedra free energy boost stample at GNC but that didnt do much for me.....any advice would be grately appreciated.

I do get a mild headache coming off of it, but nothing bad. I suspect that's from the yohimbine HCl.

I recently saw it for sale at GNC. I also noticed that the shooters don't have sulbutiamine (the nootropic ingredient) that is in the pill form. I assume they dropped it so they didn't have to worry about mass marketing issues.
