I opened a bottle of creatine a couple monthes ago and found the unfinished bottle this week. Can I conitnue to use it if its been open for a couple monthes? Is it just ineffective?

Creatine doesn't really go bad unless it is in water, I believe.

If it is past the expiration date, I wouldn't use it. Creatine breaks down into creatinine -- and if that has happened with your tub, you will get no benefit and your kidneys will be working overtime trying to excrete all the creatinine.

Creatine is cheap as hell ... Just get a new tub. No use in trying to finish a product that may be ineffective at best and harmful at worst....just to save a coupla bucks.
