So yeh I had RC tendonitis for a while, went for a few sessions of PT, was told to lay off press movements for 6 weeks. I been back to normal lifting for a few weeks now, shoulder is better, still aches here and there, However, now I just do my external rotations (inward and outward) prior to any upper body movement. I was given a home program that was really focused on strenghening the scapula, but I don't really do those excercises anymore nad was wondering what are some excercises to incoropate in my program that will hit that muscle effectiively....I've heard cable row hits it and I do that, but is there anything else?
