So I recently picked up a pack of the GNC Pro Thermogenic supplement. I have noticed I am doing more reps and I am bigger post workout. I feel great during my workout... bla bla bla, and also I am apparently burning more fat according to the box.
All that aside, is there anything wrong w. taking a thermogenic? I read John's cutting diet notes and he seems to point out that he is NOT taking them... Is there something I should know?
