Hey all,
I am intending to shed ~10lbs of body fat in 8 weeks.I've done it once, and I can do it again!:tucool:Can those of you who are more kitchen inclined help me with a recipe that involves ~400 calories per meal,in the ratio 30-40-30(C/P/F).I have chicken breast/salmon/turkey/beef to work with.
Thanks all!

At the beginning of the week I prepare about 6 sweet potatoes for my wife and me. Sometimes I bake a few and grill a few, just depends on my mood. This recipe calls for baked sweet potatoe. So you can either warm them in the micro or prepare them now by cutting in 1/2 and baking at 375 degrees for 80 minutes.
Fire up your grill or skillet. Put the chicken breasts (2 probably) in the HOT  skillet or over molten briquettes (this way your chicken will not stick). Do not mash or play with the chicken. Grill on each side for 5 minutes each.
Take out your chicken and toss in your asparagus. Using the juices from the chicken for a little lubricant. When the asapargus is a bright green and coated with the juices from the chicken take and plate next to the chicken.
Dont forget about your sweet potatoes! Use parkay spray butter sparingly with a bit of cinnamon (sp?).
Now you have a complete dinner with lots of protein and good carbs!!!:D
