If you click on "My FitDay Journal" below you will see what I ate today.

It's not broken out into meals, but I eat six meals a day and aim for about 2000 calories, and I aim for 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat, with fat broken down into thirds, saturated, poly, mono. I almost always eat more poly and mono than saturated.

You can scroll back in history to see my previous days. Keep in mind I've only been "eating clean" for about two weeks, and I have had two cheat days- last Friday, four slices of pizza for dinner, and the Saturday before that which was Chinese food for dinner. The reason I mention those is because on those days the calorie count is far below 2000 because I don't even bother entering the dinner in.

I'm 6'1", 188.2 lbs as of this morning, and according to my Omron body fat analyzer I'm about 17% BF.

Let me know if you need more information.

My own personal critique is that I don't eat enough veggies. I'm mainly interested in if anyone thinks there is anything in my diet that I should not be eating- besides the cheat days ;)

One plum, one glass of orange juice and some berries is definitely not what I call too much fruit.. :) On the veggie part I agree.

Also, it's not only a question what to eat (even though that's the most important) - it's also when to eat it. Can't say much about that based on the fitday journal.

Agreed.

Without going into posting every single meal, I can tell you that on lifting days I save my carbs for my first breakfast and for before and after lifting.

On non-lifting days I don't really worry about when I eat the carbs, except I always try to get 30g or so with breakfast.

I've seen folks say not to eat fat and carbs together, and still other folks say it doesn't matter so I am not sure what to think about that. I guess right now I don't worry too much about whether or not I eat fat and carbs together.

Thanks for the comments so far.

Anyone else? I'd like more feedback! Or is my diet good other than a lack of veggies?
