I am on week 15 of SGX. My progress seems to have slowed a bit. I am currently at 12.5% BF, trying to get down to the 9-10% range. I have been doing the same cardio and same lifting routine for the 15 weeks. What do you guys think about taking a week off of weights and doing just cardio? My body composition hasn't seemed to change much the past few weeks, and I'm thinking changing things up may help. I may be thinking this through too much and may just need to keep at it and my body will start accepting it. Any thoughts?

Well, if we help you, it would no longer be SGX. Also, we can't help you even if we wanted because in order for us to help you optimally, we'll need to take a look at your diet. That would be violating the contract you signed with Swolecat.
I'll say this however. Generally, when you plateau in a fat loss program, that means you either need to eat less, burn more calories (exercise more), or both.
My advice is to sign up for additional consulation with swolecat.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the FUNDS and the WIFE will not allow for additional consultation from Swolecat. Thanks for the help. I'll keep plugging along.

Two choices:
1) Eat a little less(Maybe of the carb variety) and burn a little more off, caffeine too possibly ?
2)Take a month for maintenance/2-3months to bulk before cutting again
Personally I'd try 1 first for two weeks, failing that go for 2.
