I just got back from Spain, and just weighted myself and have dropped from 214 to 203:eek: in 10 days! I'm guessing that wasn't fat, so i'm a little more than completely baffled. I go back to school on monday and I'm starting my first Cut, but i feel that my nutrition might hold me back. Fact is, I know squat about it.

What are the fundamentals to nutrition when you cut? When to eat, what to eat, calorie ratios, etc. Please help me out guys!

Read the stickies in the beginners forum by Gravity Homer and Marcus and you will have all the basic nutritional info you need to know to start your cut. :gl:

What was different during your trip? Were you sightseeing and walking alot? Did the food not agree with you? Why do you think you dropped that weight?

When you lose weight that fast, it is almost always water weight. You are probably just a bit dehydrated.

However, read the stickies in the intro forum there is a TON of good info to mull over there.

Learn what 'eating clean' is, and commit to move your diet closer to clean then it is now.

Will do, but I'm still curious. Here are some of my more specific questions.

If I work out in the morning, When should I eat breakfast? How big should it be?

What is the latest Time I should eat at night before sleeping?

Is it OK to eat the majority of my (fats/carbs/protein) in one meal and the other two groups in my other meals?

Here are some of my more specific questions. well, I don't want to speak for anyone, but I'd imagine you'd get more responses if you took the time to read the stickies before posting. People generally aren't going to give you their time and effort making a detailed response if you won't even make an attempt to read the information already out there. It's sorta internet forum courtesy to read the stickies before posting.

You'd certainly want to eat SOMETHING before you train, how much and what depend on a number of things. Your stats, the rest of your diet, intensity of training, your personal dietary sensitivities(what foods you'll more than likely hack up during training), etc.

I don't believe there is a such a thing.

Is it OK to eat the majority of my (fats/carbs/protein) in one meal and the other two groups in my other meals? It's far from optimal, thats for sure.
