I've been experimenting with my blender and whipped up this very delicious smoothie today.
Honeydew melon, 1 cup (170g), chopped
Apple, 1 cup (100g), peeled, chopped and frozen
Nonfat yogurt, 1 cup (250g)
Dash of cinnamon
Some water
Just put it all together in the blender and give it a whirl. Add as much water as you need to get it to a consistency you like. The frozen apple works very nicely, though you could just chop up an apple and add some ice cubes, I suppose. If one wanted one could add Splenda or some other kind of sweetener, but I found that it was sweet enough for me.
