I can't stop using mayonase to flavour things. Towday i've had two meals with generous helpings of it. My question is that would a dressing like this hinder my weight loss?. I ither use helmons light mayonaise or summerfields good intentions mayo.

If you can find it, try Spectrum Naturals Eggless, Vegan Mayo (http://www.spectrumorganics.com/index.php?id=57#j94). Only 35 cals per tbsp.

It depends on what you mean by "generous helpings". As long as you incorporate it into your plan, it can't hurt you, right? Just make sure that you don't get too much bad fat from it (well, bad anything really...), and I think you'll be fine. I eat quite a lot of peanut butter to get the fat I need, but as far as I know, mayo fat is not as good as nut fat. I may be wrong though...

I am almost garanteed to have at least one soup spoons worth with what ever i'm having in the morning. The rest of the day i might have one more but it's been so bad because i'm off for half term.
