Hi guys , after reding this forum for about 5 days , i have developed a weight loss plan of my own . please check into it and offer me some suggestions,
i have tried lots of diets but no luck , i always end up heavyier than when i started the diet .

during my best shape i was 180 with a 32 inch waist , i am 6 feet tall.
i used to work in warehouse doing loading unloading all day lifting 60-80
regularly, never neded to go to gym . eating everything 2 bigmacs. junk food nothing ever bothered me.

i had a accident injured my back could not work at warehouse again.

this has been almost seven years , every year i just kick it up a notch
i have been @ 180 to 190 than 200,215,230,245 and now i am at 265.
i know that i have to do some thing but after 3-4 weeks of restraining my self i let it go again . i am not in the best physical shape so i cannot do all the exercises but i am still mobile , i can walk but not run.
so i have decided to do this 100 day diet which i plan to start next week .if any body has any suggestions please help me out .
i am going to do this every day for the next 100 days without any changes.

1) Ditch the pills
2)Omega3 caps :)
3) Too low in calories
4) HIIT on a full stomach works well, along with weight training

You're going to stall quite quickly on that diet, it's so low in calories! Fat, and carbs in general.
And weights are not just to build muscle, use lower weights and shorter rests between sets, it's working for me.

The empty stomach cardio there is going to work against you I'd say, do 30 mins and have some food straight after!
And do that for 100 days, you're going to fail, your body will change, so your calorie intake will change alot.
Personally a gym is your best option I'd say, weights and if you're too big to run(As I was) then the cross trainer is perfect :D

EDIT: Just seem your weight, same starting point as me back in November, I'm not 172lbs, having had a 6week maintenance not long ago, now the weight's dropping back off, even though I'm stuffing my face, never underestimate the effects of good training.

I would not recommend fasted cardio or HIIT to a beginner. If you can only walk, start building yourself up. Eventually you will be able to walk and jog, then jog, then jog/run, then run. When you can run your entire routine with no problem then I would mix it up with some fasted cardio and HIIT.

Do you know your BMI? What are your caloric goals? Do you know how many calories that is?

Can you do any type of weight training at all?

thanks for replying guys ,but i was basing most of my diet after
jptaylor2 (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/member.php?u=22695) vbmenu_register("postmenu_474298", true); and if you read his post about loosing 112 pounds in 3 1/2 months , I was trying to do something similar. my calorie intake with this diet is about 1500cal/day it is mostly protien with very little carbs .
personally i am so disgusted by myself idont feel like eating anyway.
are there any longterm bad effects of doing this kind of dieting . or what else should i add to this diet to make it better ,

Doing cardio before you eat is referred to as "Fasted Cardio". Your glycogen will be low so you will be more likely to draw from your fat stores for energy. It is not for everyone and can be dangerous, I recommend you get a little more seasoned before you attempt that.

You diet is what is most important. You have to eat to lose weight efficiently, you cant starve yourself.

What is your BMI?

2hours before any workout I eat a meal with plenty of carbs/fat/protein, it gives me the energy I need.
Er I actually did HIIT (Hill clim program) when I first started, and as grueling it was, it really did work, but if you're out of shape yeah, give it a while.

And please, don't massively under eat :) You'll get frustrated with the lack of results.

Sorry I meant BMR (Basil Metabolic Rate). Do you like eggs? Fix like 5 egg whites with 1 yolk, cut up some veggies and mix them. Or some steel cut oats. You can even have chicken or something. I always try to get some form of protein and veggie. Get your carbs post workout.

I disagree. For a beginner who's out of shape and has a lot of fat to lose, fasted AM cardio is a great place to start, as it's easy enough for just about anyone and yet efficient enough to be a staple for the more experienced. I don't see a problem with starting it right now. Don't eat first. But definitely eat more in general, 1500kcal is too low to start and you'll have nowhere to go when you plateau.

how many calories i should eat and what should i eat solid food or protien shakes , i have that if you eat less your body goes into starvation mode . how long the body stays in starvation mode and wharn does it starts eating your fat .
