I started at 208 this month.

Great Progress to you Guys . !!!! :tu:

Now , be sure to measure your Body fat % with a Caliper, the Scale is not always a good tool to measure progress . Ejem : you could be loosing weight ( being muscle and not fat ) :nono:. Just make sure you are loosing Fat ( The caliper will help you determine this ) . Most Gyms can provide you with this service.

Keep It Up :tucool:

I recently busted through to the 1's, and let me tell you, looking at a scale starting with "1" feels as weird as if I pulled out my drivers license and it had someone else's last name on it.

Congratulations! Keep working hard and it will stay in the 1's. Heck, you may be seeing some 18's soon. ;)

14llbs in less than one month??? Is that safe? Maybe it's water weight I don't know.

I think a lot of it was water weight... I was drinking way too much alcohol for a while there, and as soon as I stopped and started drinking lots of water I lost a lot of weight pretty quick...
