damn it! the past 3 weeks since i started eating better and working out regular iv done well, stayed pretty spot on too the diet really..but today i had a big mishap:( a friend called round early morning offering me to go out to the casino lmao, strange time i know:lol: anyways the long shot is i went out before eating breakfast, then ended up not eating for the rest of the day, didnt feel that hungrey but i know my body must be on total starvation mode right now! its 11 pm here.

i usualy eat 6 meals per day, but now my motabolizms totaly screwd im wondering if eating 6 meals is wise tommorow? would it be better too
eat 3 meals tommorow instead of 6 so my body can get used to food again?.

heres a list of the food i eat.

weetabix/branflakes/oats
wholemeal bread/marmite/natural peanut butter
fish
chicken/turkey/ham
carrots/peas/sweetcorn/runner beans
apples/bannanas
almonds
cottage cheese/eggs/milk
multi vitamine/protien shakes

if i get enough calories and ate the right type of foods at the right time would this diet^^^^^ be acceptable for a decent all round diet?

ps.wasnt sure where to post this ,here or beginers so if its in the wrong place sorry , cheers for any advice:)

A person's metabolism doesn't adjust that quickly or dramatically. I think you should take today as a cheat day, and go back to your normal habits tomorrow.

I've found that it's good to mix things up every once in a while, even if you aren't being 100% optimal.

ahh dosent sound like the end of the world then, i thought potentialy not eating all day could be worse than eating bad food.

on the plus side i won enough money to buy the extra 20 kilos of weight i needed^^

any advice on my diet? what i wrote up there is pretty much all i eat, quite happy with the diet but wondering if i have any essentials missed out. also i notice noone has baked beans in there diets, i like them but is there any reason to stay away from these?

i can't see any reason against eating baked beans. I know that they contain sugar, but that is only one down side to many other positives... i.e. the are full of protein, good carbs and are easy to prepare (don't taste all that bad either ;))
