NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! WHY ARE THEY MAKING STARCRAFT 2?!?!?!?! I did not want this to happen!!! Honestly, I think Starcraft is the greatest game ever made and should not be messed with. The game should stand on its own.

Star Craft was a great game, I alwasy preferred Total Annihilation though.

So currently Supreme Commander (/edit: I made a logical leap sorry, Supreme Commander is the 'spiritual sequal' to Total Annihilation) has my fancy it is an AMAZING game but it doesn't have the marketing muscle behind it like C&C or Starcraft.

Also it requires a very powerful computer!

But it captures the 'star wars' feeling giant epic battles better then anything I've played. Huge clashes of hundreds of units.

I love it.

Not a lot of micromanagement either, you can really focus on your overall strategy (and there is a lot of strategic depth).

I think I remember trying to play the first one online once...I died within 10 minutes.

Never really liked the game but blizzard's 3D cinema Staff time and time again proves they are the best in the industry

i was like, 14 when starcraft came out...freaking bad ass game back in the cut...i'm actually kind of excited! pretty awesome! but i dont think i'll get into it. too much other stuff going on.

too bad i quit playing VGs. XD
