Take half an avocado and a can of tuna, mash 'em up and add a dash of soy sauce. It's very tasty. I've found that this will also work with other types of canned fish, like sardines and mackerel.

Yeah I know the feeling. It gets kind of boring to eat tuna all the time. Sounds like a great recipe. I can't wait to try it.

I have found a new way to eat my tuna and I dunno if I will ever get tired of it. I try to make it like a spicy tuna handroll from a sushi bar . I live near a low-carb sensation store that sells 0 calorie dressings and what I do is I take my tuna, heat it up, wrap it in seaweed, drizzle some sweet/spicy 0 calorie dressing, and some cholula hot sauce over it and throw in 20gs of cucumber. It tasted a lot like a spicy tuna handroll you would get from a sushi bar. I love it and never get tired of it. :dreamy:

It is extremely low fat/carbs and tastes so amazing....
