Through a combination of things I've been calorie deficient this week, mostly by intentionally and unintentionally skipping meals (stupid I know - Finals Week, but still no excuses). Short about 500 cals/day and too much loading of cals at the end of the day.
My weight loss stalled this week and I want to know is it better to increase my calorie intake from normal to repair my equillibrium or just eat normally (healthily)?
Thanks!
And it took all I had to resist the urge to get a pizza!

Not all is lost as you did resist pizza. :)
What are you eating at the end of the day?
Your biggest meals should be at the start of the day, then gradually cut them down towards the end of the day as you're more active during the day.
I'm not saying you cannot eat before bedtime. Your last snack should be fairly light and contain protein and fat.

Generally I have either chicken breast with mixed vegtables or a fish with vegtables. This week I've been having sushi, ground turkey, or smoked salmon in the evenings along with a protein shake and perhaps some wheat toast with cottage cheese. Definitely having a bigger meal and having it close to bedtime though this past week.

Just a week? Go ahead and return to normal proper eating. It's not as if you've wrecked your metabolism and have to rehab it, you just had a tough week.:)

I agree with iceweaselsarecool.
Before you start tweaking things, get back to your regular eating schedule and see what happens.
