Hi all
I'm a newbie so I thought I'd introduce myself. I saw John's amazing transformation on a different forum. My lord what complete and total dedication, my congratulations to him. I'm not a body builder so I hope I can fit in here to some degree. Three years ago I lost 52lbs in 7 months on the GI diet (GI stands for Glycemic index). This diet is very similar to the Southbeach diet, low carbs, low fat, high fiber. I have easily kept the weight off. I think I can safely say that I wiil never be overweight, at least not to that degree again. I'll turn 50 years of age tommorow, but I don't feel it. As I mentiopned before I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm just a guy who wants to be toned and stay in shape. I have some questions which I will mention in other forums. Thanks
