Hello, I have no instruments to calculate my BF%, so I would just like to get a estimation from any of you here, out of curiousity. And yeah, I do know I look very thin in terms of lean mass, I've lost a little bit over 15kgs the last 3 months, not a lot of those 15 were lean mass tho. At 1.85m/75.5kg with this little muscle I was really "skinny-fat" 3 months ago. Now I'm at about 60-61kgs, doing just cardio for 3 months and eating pretty much the same things I've always done, not really (stupidly enough) caring about getting the right macronutient ratio and the right "forms" of fat/carbohydrates. I'm probably gonna start with some weightlifting, but I'm really not that uncomfortable with not having all those muscles, I do, however, wanna lose all remaining fat.

Here are the pics: (I'm exhaled , not flexing/sucking my stomach in or anything of course :d_smile:)

10 or 11% maybe.

I would not think of the bodyfat if I was you. I would try to bulk and add some mass so you can diet later and get more defined once you have some muscles. That's my tip.

WOW amazing, I love levitating tricks ;)

Sorry, but I wouldn't even like to hazard a guess as I have no idea, perhaps when I've lost 20% I'll consider myself worthy. Looks pretty good to me though and congrats on your loss, I'll have a bit of that

How'd you manage it? good diet and excercise?

Yeah I know ludvig, lean mass isn't really my strong side at the moment :) But I'm still curious of what percentage I'm at, nothing wrong with that aight? :)

As for Craig: I've have kept a somewhat close watch over my calories, but I haven't at ALL kept watch over the ratios of fat/protein and carbohydrates, which probably has hindered my progress in losing fat. Besides that, I've been doing 60 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week for all these 3 months. Other than that cardio I'm VERY inactive during the day, spending most of my time in front of the computer.

10-11% seems about right

yeah, I'd say 10-11 too.

You might consider adding some lifting, even if you're not into building up.

Any LBM you can add will burn more calories and help with the fat loss.

Nice job. 15kg is alot. You're almost there.

Yeah...I think 10-11% is a fair estimate. If I were you, I'd start hitting the weights! If you lose any more weight you're going to look unhealthy.

1.85 m, your height? I wouldn't go lower than a 9% body-fat without putting on muscle, IMO you may look too skinny at anything less.

Try some light weight training, or muscle endurance training.
