umm, a week and a half isn't enough time to judge a diet. If i've learnt anything from john stone, it is that slow and steady progress is the way. But congrats on losing 17lbs anyway!

I have heard a lot of positive things about the diet. Apparently, it is a misconception that the diet is low-carb - it's more about quality carbs. While I always question diets that start with an induction phase - often times it is hype to excite users with rapid weight loss - I have personally found success in doing something similar (it helps break away from cravings, diminish hunger signals, etc) so I don't totally discount them - in fact, I have two customers who have lost a ton of weight over the past several weeks (one is a woman who dropped 35 pounds and another is a man who has dropped 42 pounds so far) that got their start doing a sort of "induction phase."

I will be very excited to hear your continued results. Are you doing this based on their web site, with the online software, or from the book, or a combination of both? I am looking to have someone give an objective review of this program - by objective I mean someone who has used it themselves (which obviously makes it subjective) but is not affiliated with the company or looking to profit from sales, etc.

If I don't find anyone, I'll buy the book and review it myself, just have a busy schedule and would love to hear from people who have actually tried it themselves to have some firsthand experiences to report on.
