DAMN BOY! You made me wait ALL DAY for you to get the news!! :D

I'm tired a bit today though, but it's not from lack of sleep or getting up early, I think it's the medication they gave me for my foot. Causes drowsiness. :sleepy:

I have a huge smile on my face now though! Thanks! :)

MAY 3 (Score 97):
no cheat meals, good cardio session, good biceps & triceps workout ( I've missed yesterday's workout) and good 5 clean meals.
I'm going out now , hopefully not to grab any junk.. :tu:

There goes a point!

yes, and I still am!
thing is, my mis-meal was due to poor planning and not due to giving into temptations. plus, I at least made sure I got something that matched my macros. and I really needed my carbs post workout.
so it was a choice between two evils and I chose to eat and unfortunatly lose a point, but it was the good choice to make
yes, better was to have prepared food... I'll do that from now on. I just didn't count on it. :(

This afternoon/evening was awesome. I got a chance to play some ultimate frisbee and I'm so exhausted right now. We play on a fifty yard field and I'm guessing I spent 25% of that time sprinting at close to full speed, 50% of it jogging at a pretty hard pace, 20% walking at a decent clip and the other 5% laying flat on my back after diving for bad throws.

According to one calculator, I burned a little over 500 calories in that time span. Awesome cardio workout!

BTW, congrats to everyone! This is shaping up to be quite the challenge. Together, we shall be triumphant! :tucool:

Hi hi. Darvonia (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/member.php?u=19151) the morning workout can only get easier once you've made the first move. I used to think that it's impossible as well. But it gets easier each time you set the alarm and hop out of bed.

I'm finding another obstables to working out. The reading of the posts hahaha. A few days before I woke up and start reading the posts and nearly miss my morning workout. :spaz: Juz kiddin'

that sounds awesome, but I gotta ask, whats ultimate Frisbee?

It's best described as soccer played with a frisbee. It starts with one team (usually 7-11 per team) taking the disc and moving it upfield. You can only take two steps after catching the disc, so it requires players to constantly get open. If a throw is dropped/not caught, the disc is turned over to the other team at the point of the drop. Scoring happens when you catch the disc inside of an endzone like in football. Each score is 1 point.

So I decided that I should show you folks my Friday morning challenge. You'll have to bear with my poor picture taking skills.

This is what I see right outside my office door every Friday:

You may not see them clearly, but those are croissants towards the top, which are my biggest temptation.

Now.

This is what I eat after getting in from the gym, along with my Nitrean shake:

A couple things about me resisting this particular temptation.

1) Donuts are great. Back in the day, I could put em away like no one else. But nowadays, I just don't really want them. It's really easy for me to pass on the donuts and bagels, luckily ;)

2) The croissants are out of this world delicious. Our office gets all of these goodies from a local bakery, so it's not some dunkin donuts crap. I'd wager that there's a stick of butter in each croissant, they're so good. What keeps me from grabbing one, though, is that I get my workouts done in the morning. This way, if I ate one, I'd feel like I reversed all the effort I put in a couple hours ago. Works for me, so that's what I go with ;)

I'm guessing that was someone's idea of willpower. I can't quite keep myself from eating a whole one, but I can break it in half and only eat part of one......

I've been kind of fired up this morning about a variety of things, so my apologies.

Like the guy in the beginners forum who wants an answer to why things aren't working for him, when he says that it's "Just too hard" to get up in the morning to work out.

2 things that will piss me off in the morning: Excuses and not taking responsibility for your own actions.

I rarely feel that way. I'm feast or famine. If I've been consistent w/ the exercise, I stay consistent w/ food. Until I stop for awhile. "Oh, I can have that croissant, it's not like I've been working out this week" Go figure.

The quality of my food intake is directly correlated to my exercise. As long as I hit the gym/ride my bike, my food choices are golden :)

Yeah, kind of like a couple friends of mine that are all interested in going to the pool. I ask them "so how many lengths do you do?" they say "oh, we just sit in the hot tub".

*shrug* When I get ripped they'll start asking questions and I'll just tell them "actually exercise and stop eating fast food all the time".

Oh your evil! NO! (I will lose a point for not going early).

I will go on my lunch, I'm going to weight lift today. I've been reading a lot and it seems to be usually 2nd on the list behind diet/nutrition in benefits. Plus, I love to weight lift (free weights).:bb:

I didn't get to bed until 3am. Can you believe that! I never go to bed that late! I feel great though. I think I do better with less than 8 hours of sleep. Like about 6. :D

I will have temptations this weekend too! It's Cinco De Mayo Saturday and my friends and I have plans. Tonight is Jazz Night and a fancy place in town is hosting it with wine and appetizers. Yikes, I will have to stay focused. I will be tested!

From the April challenge, I definitely saw weekends were my weak spot. I think I'm going to try and eat something healthy before I go out so I don't have such a huge temptation.

You're definitely not alone in that regard. Weekdays are easy for a log of us, cuz we've developed our weekday routine. Seriously though. Keeping fit, eating right, exercising is all good. But some people forget to actually live and obsess about 2 grams of oatmel. :)
It's finding the balance between these two that's important IMO: live healthy, but especially LIVE your life.

The friend-factor, yeah, I never really know what everyone is doing for the weekend and what I'll be facing. Although, I have to admit, some of my friends are into working out and healthy. But most are already fit, so they don't stress on the weekend drinks, etc. They are just "maintaining" not making "changes".

The goal at the end of the summer here is this 27 mile hike the guys want all of us to do. If I don't get into better shape, I'm going to die! I can't be the "whiner" in the group on this journey! :p

That sounds fine to me. It's scheduled.

I'm heading to the mainland to visit my family this weekend, which could give the opportunity for missed cardio, but based on my rules as long as I meet x requirements by Monday, that's ok. Of course, I am going to hit the gym/pool while I'm there anyways!

then i came home and we washed Jimmy - now, that's sth i might add some extra points for:lol: omg, poor guy, and he DID see it coming...hates us now. then i disinfected the whole house:lol: I'm http://www.cosgan.de/images/smilie/frech/e045.gif I know:D

ALRIGHT!!

I've just finished making a list of the die-hards and the suckas. The idea with this challenge is to keep us motivated through a regimented schedule and some public humiliation.

First, lets look at the people who are, so far 100% on target. (Granted we're only four days in, but lets look anyways).

Then, on the other end of the spectrum we have the slackers. The ones who signed up and haven't yet done anything!! These guys (and gals) need a kick in the pants to get them going and that's what I intend to do!

Personally, I just make sure that everything I can get together is ready to go the day before. So, in the daytime all I really have to do is make my protein shake before I head off to work.

MAY 4: ... Dun really know what to say here. Ate 1 1/2 piece of cheesecake for snack yesterday. couldn't find any good stuff in the fridge and juz have to finish the cheesecake that was made last week. Cardio as planned, missed my upper body workout-which will be done today (Sat). Haven't been keeping up with my upper body exercise for a week or so now. -_-" TIME TO GET SOME CONTROL!!!

you have to, and you can control yourself. make some meals in advance, that way cheesecake will not be the only option. and how come you have it in the fridge in the first place? when there's some stuff like that left in my fridge, i either make my boyfriend eat it:D, or i just throw it away. those kids in Africa can not be helped by some old cheesecake, and i certainly won't be a trash bin. fill your cabinets with canned tuna and some whole wheat crackers, that way you'll always have something reasonable to eat, even if the fridge is empty. well, it's just a suggestion:)

Well! I figured it's better to have 2 moderate cheat meals instead of a whole day of binging.
For example tonight: I'll go eat out to a chinese restaurant. I'll have chicken in salt and pepper and chinese brocolli in oyster sause and perhaps, if macros fit, a bit of rice. And sunday I might have chicken cocos with veggies.

This beats McDonalds super menu with chocolate, donuts and ben&jerry's all day long
So in fact, it's a much better choice!

hahhah, well, i have to say, the last time i had them as my cheat meal, i didn't even enjoy them that much. it's as if your taste changes once you start eating clean on a regular basis, and what happens now is that i can0t even think of what i'd want to have for my cheat meal, and then i don't have any, which is good, but it leaves some kind of a gap, mentally i guess. like, when my boyfriend is eating chips, i can control the craving and i say 'you'll have those over the weekend', and then the weekend comes and i don't feel like eating them at all, but i do feel like relaxing a bit you know?

No... I enjoy my cheat meals
I do see that my taste changes. It's like you get more sensitive. Also my stomach. I remember when I was on SGX, in my 5th week or so, and I had a (cheat)meal that I'd normally have when I was in my 'bad' period. My belly couldn't handle the junk! I was quite personal with the toilet for a long time  Anyways, I do enjoy my cheat meals. Just a matter of keeping my sanity.

cottage cheese is a good option too, but you can only buy an amount at a time:) sometimes i mix it with a little peanut butter or paprika just to make a variance of tastes - it's delicious!

I hate wasting food so if mine's packed and ready to go I refuse to eat something bad. Last weekend (before the challenge) I was waiting in line at McDonalds and then just walked out of the store because I didn't want to waste what I had AND because all I could think about was grease and fat lol.

It's almost 3am where I'm in and I've been going through all the post and would like to comment on some of the interesting ones.... here I go..in no particular order..

Thr, May 3: Not a good day. First, I skipped the gym because of a rib injury I suffered playing basketball. Now my ribs hurt; but did I simply use that as an excuse for skipping the gym or was I being honest with myself convincing me to not risk injury. I'll give myself the benefit of the doubt but then I went out to dinner and had beer. -2 points (98)

Fri, Mat 4: No gym again because of the rib injury however I had a few drinks. -1 point (97)

Ouch... Ribs injury sound bad.. shouldn't you check with the doctor before continuing the exercises?

WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Tuesday: Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM)
Wednesday: Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM); Weight training (PM)
Thursday: Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM)
Friday: Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM); Weight training (PM)
Saturday Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM);
Sunday: Treadmill, 15-45* mins (aerobic, fasted) (AM)

* start with 15 minutes; work up to 45 minutes by the end of the month

MAY 4: Missed my AM cardio and PM weight training (I'm going to make them up today). Ate all meals as scheduled.
-2 points [98 points]

This sounds like a major workout coming up. Cheering you on....

MAY 3: Weight training (chest-triceps), 5 minutes on stationary bike after. 2,728 calories (2,439 allowed. Boo!), 297 grams protein (43 percent), 308 grams protein (44 percent), 38 grams fat (17 percent). Even though I didn't eat a cheat meal, I'll be hard on myself and deduct a point for going over my allowed calories. 99 points.
MAY 4: 60 minutes on fixed-handled elliptical. 1,000 estimated calories burned. 2,533 calories (2,439 allowed. I did it again.). A point off for going over my allowed calories again. 98 points.

WOW...very detailed. And definitely very disciplined. A role model here.

I am doing my bodyfat calculations with the online calculator at http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html. I know these aren't exceptionally accurate but I believe they give enough of a feel and can show progress at this stage. At 28+%, I really don't see the need for calipers and all that.

I used to use the body fat calculate from the site as well. But I noticed that there's something funny about the web display of the site. If you copy the text from the page that you've input your measurement to a text file, you're discovered that some of the boxes for measurement input don't show up. E.g. hips / calves (can't remember exactly what). That's this rough calculator using the navy method http://www.he.net/~zone/prothd2.html

I'm using both the above site and fittogether.net

MAY 1st: Evaded 24 Krispy Kreme doughnuts at work. Paid attention to hunger and ended up eating less today than planned. Did workouts :tu: 100pts.
MAY2nd: Eating was great! But failed to workout at all. 98 pts.
MAY3rd: Didn't update. No workouts again from DOMS. Need to cut back on intensity. 95 pts.
MAY4th: Good eating, but no cardio. 94pts.

Remember to eat enough and not to starve the fats :p Hope you've found a way to motivate yourself to exercise. For me, I've got my stationary bike just by my computer. Joining in the challenges help a lot :D

DAILY LOG

[Week 1]

MAY 1: Woo off to a great start. Woke up and fell back asleep, bam no morning cardio followed by a little chocolate later on and some cheese yay! /sarcasm off
-2 [98 Points]

MAY 2: Yesterday I had a great back and shoulder workout. One day I need to switch to traditional weight training though, and I can't wait! But I want to hit my goal weight before though. Would be nice to have a training partner too as I am still a newb. Did I mention I missed morning cardio too? I'm going to lower my cardio schedule a little to allow for more rest.
-1 [97 Points]

MAY 3: Got all my meals is and everything, diet was on point, but my scale weight doesn't seem to want to drop. It's very frustrating.
-0 [97 Points]

May 4: My legs are still blasted from Wednesday but I had a good tricep/shoulder workout. I can push more weight than I thought. My scale weight never seems to drop even though I feel good about the week.
-0 [97 Points]

Be patient there. If you feel good then it's a good week no matter what. Dun watch the scale too much. Get your weekly measurement and rework your strategy according to the results. All the best :D

WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Weight training: upper body
Tuesday: Weight training: lower body
Wednesday: Stationary bike, 45 mins
Thursday: Weight training: upper body
Friday: Weight training: lower body
Saturday: rest
Sunday: Mountainbike (3 hours+)

Your Sunday schedule looks pretty exciting! ;)

May 4: Got up and did the 45 min cardio this morning, even though I was sore from the 1 Mile last night. On another note, running in downtown Minneapolis, even though we have great air quality here, made my lungs burn like I had just sucked on the tailpipe of my car. Ick. Got all the food prepared and packed for the day, and ready to hit the gym on the way home. Should be in for another good day!

It will get better, guaranteed! Your talk on great air quality make me miss outdoor running... haven't been running outdoor for a very long while.

and...... i missed post workout protein shake!! actually i missed a training today (-2 I'll go rough with myself on this) and a meal (-1).. bad bad way to start this challenge. :(

But not this time! i went sleeping early and woke up only one hour later than i wake up in the routine.
did my nice cardio (38 mins) , but unfortunately had to miss one meal (-1) , and had a cheat meal too (another -1), and like that wasn't enough had a milkshake before bed.. damn (-1)

I also spend a lot of time training him. School work has been put on hold this week, but it can't continue this way. Test and an assignment due on Monday. -But I'll get better!
-2 points [92 points]

You will! But seriously, I didn't know that getting a dog can be such a trouble. One of the reasons I'm still holding on to my cats is because they don't bark

MAY 2: Had a late night last night. Didn't want to get up this morning, ESPECIALLY for a leg workout. But I John Stoned up and got out of bed and did my thing. Gonna need to get to bed early tonight if I'm gonna make it through the week. Had my scheduled cheat meal for lunch today. (100 points)
MAY 3: Did my biking. Ate my meals. Crying from DOMS from leg workout on Wed (100 points)
MAY 4:  I suck. After all that bragging about avoiding donuts and croissants, I had a couple reese's peanut butter cups last night. Not really a huge deal to have a flub like that once a week, but that's still one point off for me :( -1 point, 99 points

May 4: AM Weight 204.4lbs: I feel much better now that I have been back to lift some weights, plus I added 10lbs to my front squat, standing calf raise's and my stiff leg/stiff back deadlift (it was tough on that last one though cause my grip was giving out). My ass is already starting to hurt and I'm sure that by the morning my quads and hamstrings will also hurt... I know it doesn't make any difference, but oh how I love feeling that hurt . Tomorrow is the weekend... this will be a tough time for me cause my schedule isn't as regimented, so my eating tends to also not be as regimented. I will not fuck up this weekend though.... I just wont

Any secrets to keeping up to your menu? I'm really bad in that area.
Surround yourself in good food, and you will eat good food ;)
I cant control everything in my house because my girlfriend likes to eat allot of junk, so I just put all my food in a different cupboard and never open her "junk" cupboard. Its been so long since I opened that cupboard that its almost like it isn't there, and if I get hungry I dont even think to look in there anymore then I would in the cleaning supply cupboard. I also eat enough and spaced out so that im never really hungry. I find if I'm not hungry I don't really crave anything.

I made the cheesecake on the over one of the weekends before the challenge started. U know how it's such a waste to let cakes go to waste.
Thats how I was to, at some point I told myself I would rather waste a bit of junk then eat it (and you cant really consider cheese cake "food"). Get past the "wasting food is bad" idea and allow yourself to throw out stuff rather then eat everything.... your a human being not a trash can and you need to eat to food to fuel your body, not just because something needs to disappear, thats what the trash can is for ;) Hell it was my birthday on april 27th, my mom made me a double decker round box cake, and my girlfriend made the same sort of round box cakes, but instead of stacking them she put them side by side and iced them to look like a pair of breasts. I had one peice of my moms cake and gave what was left to my boss (his birthday was 2 days later so I gave it to him then) and ate one of the breasts with my girlfriend (that sounds kinda kinky). The other breast is sitting on the counter waiting to be thrown out, I decided it was destined for the garbage.... but I have to wait for it to get moldy first so I dont hurt my girlfriends feelings throwing it out lol.

DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It's that soreness you get after lifting when you've been lazy for a while ;)

Natural Peanut Butter is good for you. Reese's cups, tho, is candy, especially with the sweet, delicious chocolate coating. Ok...no more talking about Reese's cups!

This a definite must for those of us who can pull this off. I don't have any non-clean foods in the house anymore. I live alone, tho, so I have that luxury.

so, I'm really down now. I said this was going to be a long run for me and I'm ok with that, and I do feel much better and stronger and more fit than ever (oh, just don't say that's all that matters), but seeing some pics here, it does seem my progress is terribly slow, and I don't really know what I'm doing wrong.
I'm starting to cut on my carbs rather than good fat, and I will be buying new weights this week, and I really feel like starting that WSP (is there sth for girls?lol), just to torture my body a bit, and take myself to an edge. maybe I'm just losing my patience since, as Chris said, 'fine tuning takes more time'. yuck

Not to mention the patience and discipline it takes to keep at it even without results on the scale! My progress pics I actually GAINED weight because I went from 1200 calories to 1600 and then to 2000 to try and kick my body into losing again. But I still see results from the exercise and I FEEL better and that is truly what counts! Hi Buttersweet. Hi sumisan. I guess first we've to identify our body types and test several food to see how our body respond to them. I've always been to true to my exercise but my weight didn't drop as I dun watch my diet. I think having clean food has to go in direction of portions. I've been exercising constantly since end of last year( was 55kg then) and until April I was still fluctuating on the 54kg mark. This week I was down to 53.2kg. (there was a little muscle loss('bout 0.08kg) I guess well portioned food is really the key to success :D.

But wait!(No promos...I'm not selling any stuff here..) Do you gals see any results in the clothes that you're wearing? What about body fat, is it getting lower? I'm sure you can find some results somewhere that would help to show/indicate your progress?

I set my diet and exercise program at the beginning of April and after a lot of research. I guess adding heavier weight would be the most beneficial, so I'll look into that over the weekend. When it comes to the diet, I'm going to cut on carbs and see what happens.

I use my home scales body fat % and also a website online. (http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html?#accurate)

Both show a loss of about 4% in the last 90 days so I am happy with that. Clothes fit better and I feel better :) Like I said its the little things that we have to go by :) I know I am gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, yeah the scale isnt dropping but who cares. It will eventually, but I agree, I am starting week 2 of super clean eating. I am hoping it will be what tips the scale for me, for some its about calories in and out but for me it seems MUCH more complicated LOL

If you copy the text that shows your final results onto the notepad. Do you find some measurement missing? I can't really remember what but for me hip, calves, and a few things seems to be missing. Might be the display setting in my computer or something.

At the moment I'm using fittogether.net. But the site doesn't tell you which method it's using to do the calculator. That's one with the US Navy method - http://www.he.net/~zone/prothd2.html

the latter gave me about 29% which I don't think is possible, and the @healthcenter gave me about 23% which is closer to what i got when used some other online calculator (I'll post the url as soon as get on my comp)

I didn't really get the copy-paste part, is that your PC journal or what?
in any case, I had to translate cm into inches and the article about the accuracy of this calculator says:
People who are very, very fit can get numbers 3 to 5 percent higher than their true percent body fat.
Conversely, if a person is skinny but not fit, this body fat test may yield a number 3 to 5 percent lower than his or her true percent body fat.

so, i'm still in the dark:lol:

What I meant is some display problem @healthcenter. The site doesn't seem to display every boxes that need measurement input. For example, after putting in your weight, age then page 2. Was there a box for you to input waist measurement? For me there's only hips measurement.

Then when you reached the result page. Tried highlight the whole page, open notepad program and paste the text on a blank note. There'll be something like

Age: xx
Weight:xx
Hips:xx
Waist:0 (coz I didn't get to put anything as I can't see the input box)

Hmm... No measurements written there in my case as well. But looking at the measurements listed from the pasted text that I've copied from the site, I didn't get to input waist and forearm which I think is quite important in the bodyfat calculation. As I've mentioned, I didn't see the input box for waist and forearm. Did you get to input all these measurement?

Now, use a cloth tape measure to measure the circumference of the areas listed below. Enter the numbers in the appropriate box.
Waist: in.
Hips: in.

For the remaining measurements use your dominant side. Measure the circumference of the areas listed below.

Forearm: in.
Calf: in.
Thigh: in.
Wrist: in.

Usually, I'd be cocky and stuff... But, I just bought a new bike and decided it would be a good idea to replace my walk with biking. The thing I MIGHT have underestimated is that the ENTIRE way there is uphill. Plus, I also have to go a few extra kilometers.

*thud*

*wheeze*

It was quicker.. Not anywhere even close to easier but quicker.

Where the hell is drew anyways? He's supposed to be kicking my ass!!

Ditto, I can think of at least a handful of cheats, missed LISS sessions that I would've made if not for the challenge. Something about being in a "competition" that gets my fires burning, I guess ;)

I've been a very selfish person, it seems I still have all my points and have been skipping weekly cheat meals and rest days. So this weekend in honor of the women in my life, my wife and two daughters, I will bend a little bit and have a cheat meal. I've committed myself to no alcohol during this month, we all make choices and that's the choice I made to help me reach my goals.

Continued success everyone.

So it begins... I dropped off my car at the body shop today. If I'm lucky, I'll get it back Friday. That means that I'll be doing dumbbells and calisthenics at home for at least my next two workouts, and hoofing it to and from work for my cardio. Actually, I'm kind of looking forward to it. I hope it doesn't rain!

Make it chicken breast, Salami is heavily processed.

I would like shopping too if it was for heavy weights, but on Sunday Melissa said she wanted to grab a couple things before we went grocery shopping and asked my sister if she wanted to come.

So 5 hours later, after spending 2 hours clothes shopping, 2 hours in a bra and pantie place, and another hour at odd girl stores...... Costco is closed to I cant get meat, and we have to rush to the grocery store cause its only open another 15 minutes....

All along I thought we were just going grocery shopping... boy was I wrong  I definitely got the wool pulled over my eyes on that one, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Well, when I first weighed in, about the 26th of April, I was at 208. Today I found I'm down to 200!!!!

Only 20-25 more pounds to lose, now I believe it's possible!

Though.. I don't seem to "look" thinner. Only noticeable change is the stretch marks are waaay less visible. (I hate those things)

Eat it when you want to. I see little point in forcing yourself to eat a cheat meal. Kind of defies the point of having one. I do the same thing :) I eat my cheat meal either when I'm really craving one, or when I go out with friends and I have to eat one. In both cases I enjoy them to da max!

I agree, don't force a cheat meal in if you don't want it. The reward is the cheat meal. I've skipped this weekends meal because I didn't want it.

Now what you might consider a clean meal, I might consider a cheat if it's not what I already had planned to eat. Sushi for me would be a cheat meal hands down. Eye Round, Sweat Potatoes, and green beens that fit my macros and cooked myself would be a planned meal.

AM shakes just give me the shakes. I need a big breakfast.
6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, red peppers & onions, 4 oz chicken breast, fry and add a bit of tabasco sauce on it. Oh, yeah, 1 cup cooked oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon makes for a well rounded breakfast.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some guys (much like myself) find breasts that are too big unattractive. What really matters is that you're making progress and enjoying the exercise.

Of course.. with men, breasts are ALWAYS unattractive!

Thats exactly what I do too. I don't schedule cheat meals, I just allow one or two per week, then eat them when its convenient (like if I get invited out to dinner) or I really crave something. If I still have one left then on the weekend I usually take my girlfriend out to dinner somewhere.

Cheat meals shouldn't be scheduled, that takes all the "cheat" out of them in my opinion.

Seriously, though, while they may "look" smaller, that could be just because your frame is also getting smaller. Also, they'll probably be perkier, which is much nicer than larger and droopier ;)

Keep up the hard work!

PS...ECCENT: I wouldn't worry to much about it, everyone is different shapes and sizes and so are everyone's taste and opinion on what they like and dislike. What matters is what you like! And, being healthy and living longer out wagers going down one cup size in a bra. I like how one guy put it...they will be "perkier"! Firmer with muscle! ;)
