This has probably been asked many times before but I couldn't find an answer from my search.
On weight training days, when would be the most beneficial time to have my shake?

It should be taken right after your weighttraining session because then your muscles will need to rebuild the most.
Many people choose whey protein as it is absorbed very quickly by your body.
Many people also include one shake in the morning and maybe one before they go to bed.

Yup, shake in the morning, shake after workout, and shake and/or cottege cheese before bed. :eat:

Thanks guys. I've been having one shake a day as my afternoon snack but wasn't sure whether to have it before or after my workout on training days, so now I'll do it after. (I'll increase the number of shakes when I get to a bulking stage).
