Ok, not sure which forum to put this in but since i'm in fat loss phase it'll go here....
I put everything i eat, as i eat it, into an excel sheet modelled on John's, and its midnight now in australia and i just noticed i've only consumed 882 calories today! whoops.
So recommendations for a midnight snack?
I'm thinking anything at this point but maybe i can skip down to the shop and get something good.
