I was wondering, how do you get that V shape on your abs, like where your pelvis is, the lower lower stomach.

Are you talking about obliques?

Lift heavy stuff :) You can do stuff like side bends and twisting type motions, but I think you can also grow them just fine by doing heavy deads and squats. I rarely work them directly, but I can see mine even with a bit of fat on me.

I think it's called the inguinal crease, and its a combination of genetics and low body fat, plus having large abdominal muscles couldn't hurt.
